Hey Man, Well every morning i take fish oil and vitamins after my breakfast. I used to take pre-workout, test boosters, weight loss and CLA but I stopped since I was getting heart palpitation. I suggest going all natural while working out and just take protein shakes for recovery. I actually got better results doing that then buying expensive supplements for fast results. Just focus on eating healthy and working hard in the gym/crossfit box. A healthy body isnt rushed overnight but is built through time and dedication. Its a life style not diet!
